Benefits of membership include interacting with judiciary and legislative professionals, legal research, continued education courses, and access to legal resources and publications regarding news and developments impacting the profession.  Attorneys may also take part in our referral program, where inquiries will be referred from the bar association to your practice.

Members may get involved with the Herkimer County Bar Association by joining a committee, serving as an officer or participating in the many community events throughout the year.  

Members of the Herkimer County Bar Association are able to obtain CLE credits in partnership with the Oneida County Bar Association.  Members must first become an Associate Member with the OCBA for $90.00 annually; and then may purchase a CLE Sempass for $200.00 annually which will allow
admission to all seminars (currently available via Zoom webinars) offered by the OCBA in 2021, including
both the Spring and Fall programs.

OCBA is an accredited provided of MCLE programs. Members who attend will receive a certificate of attendance after each webinar/seminar. Preregistration is required.
